Azam is a qualified Personal Trainer who has been involved within the fitness industry since 2000. With a background of various martial arts, he can coach you to be a stronger individual, and build your confidence. He has been working in an exclusive health and fitness club, and has been coaching and training individuals as a personal trainer for years. He specialises in:

His methods of training involve making sure the individual has a fun time whilst exercising, however at the same time making sure they push to their full potential and train on a regular basis to achieve the results they want. Not only will he challenge you physically, but also psychologically.
